Expansion is about expanding into new spaces during a transition and allowing one self to adjust, adapt and embrace new change. 

The long expressive brushstrokes are inspired by Chinese calligraphy, where one brushstroke creates this multitude of colour hues and textures as the brush doesn't leave the canvas.

Colour Story

I choose a magenta pink for the lilies, a richer and mature pink to symbolise growth during expansion. The pastel blue for warmth and softness serving as a reminder to be kind to one self during the transition period.
