Angela Flanders Artisan Perfumery is East London's oldest independent perfumery, in a Victorian shop at 96 Columbia Road. The street dates from 1866, when the philanthropist Baroness Angela Burdett-Coutts built it as a row of shops with homes above for the area's artisans. When Angela Flanders took the shop in 1985, she restored it with great care and kept as many of its original features as she could. The Victorian shopfront and interior are still cherished today.

This print is for anyone who loves the small, surviving details of old London, like a painted fascia, a shopfront that has outlasted the market hall that once stood nearby, and a place that still smells of what it was built for.

Original artworks are sold as final sale. If your painting arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will resolve it.
