What will I make?
You'll glitter 5 of my London paintings, printed as Christmas cards, and take all 5 home with envelopes, ready to send.
Do I need any experience?
Not at all. I'll start with a quick demo, and the cards are already painted. All you add is the sparkle. It's relaxed, easy and suitable for all abilities.
How long is a session?
40 minutes. Sessions start on the hour, so you can fit one in while you explore the rest of the fair.
What's included?
Your 5 cards with envelopes, biodegradable glitter, glue and brushes, and a warm non-alcoholic hot toddy. Children get a small cup too.
How much is it?
£26 early bird if you book by 15 October, then £30.
Can I bring my children?
Yes. Each paying adult can bring one child under 12 for free, and the child shares the adult's 5 cards. Children must be supervised by their adult throughout. The 7pm Launch Night "Glitter & Fizz" session is for adults only.
Do I need to book a ticket for my child?
No. Just bring them along with your adult ticket.
How many people are in each session?
A maximum of 6 adult places, so it stays small and friendly.
Where is it?
At my studio during Wimbledon Art Fair, Wimbledon Art Studios, 10 Riverside Yard, London SW17 0BB. Entry to the fair is free.
Will the glitter be dry when I leave?
The glitter should be set by the end of the session. Carry your cards flat on the way home and give them a little longer to dry before writing in them.
Will I get messy?
A little sparkle is part of the fun. Glitter does travel, so you might want to avoid wearing your best velvet.
What's in the hot toddy?
It's alcohol-free, made with warm water, lemon, honey and spices. If you have allergies or dietary needs, please let me know when you arrive.
Can I buy extra cards?
Yes, extra cards and take-home Glitter My London kits will be available at the studio.
What if I'm late?
Please arrive 5 minutes early. Sessions are short, so if you're late I can't extend your time. You'll still take home all 5 cards.
Can I cancel or change my session?
Email me at least 48 hours before your session and I'll move you to another time or give you a full refund. After that, tickets are non-refundable, but you're welcome to send someone in your place.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. To book a whole session (6 places) for friends, family or a team, choose the session and set the quantity to 6.
