London Print Society Subscription

1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the London Print Society subscription service offered by Anping Edits Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

By subscribing to the London Print Society, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
2. The Subscription
The London Print Society is a monthly subscription service. Each month, subscribers receive one limited-edition A5 giclée art print of a London artisan business, individually numbered and hand-signed by the artist.
Each edition is limited to 200 prints and will never be reprinted.
Subscription options:
– Monthly plan: £79.00 per month (all prices inclusive of VAT)
– Quarterly plan: £213.00 per year (inclusive of VAT, saving approximately 10% versus the monthly rate)
– Annual plan: £805.00 per year (inclusive of VAT, saving approximately 15% versus the monthly rate)
Prints are dispatched weekly on Fridays. Your first print will be sent on the next available Friday following your subscription confirmation.
3. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of receiving your first print without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your first print by contacting us at info@anpingedits.com, clearly stating your name, order reference, and that you wish to cancel under your statutory cooling-off right.
If you cancel under this right, we will arrange a full refund of your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned print (or evidence of postage). You are responsible for the cost of returning the print to us.
The print must be returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to assess them.
4. Cancelling Your Ongoing Subscription
After the 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your next renewal date.
Cancellation requests submitted after this point will take effect from the following billing cycle, and one additional print will be dispatched and charged.
To cancel, please contact us at info@anpingedits.com with your name and subscription details. We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 5 business days.
Annual subscribers: if you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day cooling-off period, no refund will be issued for the remaining months of the annual term unless otherwise agreed.
5. Billing and Renewal
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date as your initial subscription. Annual subscriptions renew each year on the same date.
We will send you a reminder notification before your annual renewal is processed, at least 3 working days in advance.
Payment is taken via Squarespace's secure payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
6. Delivery
– UK delivery: free tracked delivery included for all orders.
– International delivery: free tracked delivery included for all orders.
All prints are dispatched on Fridays. Delivery times vary by destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance outside of our control.
7. Your Consumer Rights — Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from how it was described, please contact us at info@anpingedits.com within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement print or a full refund at no cost to you.
Where a defect becomes apparent after 30 days but within 6 months of delivery, we will offer a repair or replacement unless we can show the fault did not exist at the time of delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All prints are original artworks created by Anping Edits Ltd. Ownership of the physical print passes to you upon delivery and full payment.
Copyright in the underlying artwork remains with Anping Edits Ltd at all times. The purchase of a print does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial rights in the artwork.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork without prior written permission from Anping Edits Ltd.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you in connection with any subscription shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr if you are resident in the EU.
